By accessing or using OSM (Operations Simplified Management), the user agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any amendments made by the company from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Subscription fees are payable in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis as selected by the user.

Availability of specific offers may vary over time as per the service provider’s terms.

Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will apply to subsequent billing cycles.

Failed payments may result in immediate suspension of premium features.

Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.

Users agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws while using the Service.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and all activities under their account.

Users must immediately notify OSM of any unauthorized use of their account or security breach.

Users shall not:

Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

Resell, duplicate, or exploit any portion of the Service

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Use or inability to use the Service

Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

Service interruptions or errors

Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

Any third-party conduct or content on the Service

The Company disclaims all responsibility for data loss, service outages, unauthorized access, system errors, or security breaches.

In no event shall the Company's total liability exceed the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

All software, content, designs, logos, trademarks, and materials within OSM are the exclusive property of the Company and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Users are granted only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Users may NOT:

Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works

Remove or alter any proprietary notices

Use the Company's trademarks without written permission

Frame or mirror any content from the Service

All feedback, suggestions, or ideas provided to the Company become the Company's property and may be used without compensation or attribution.

The Company may suspend or terminate user access immediately, with or without notice, for:

Violation of these Terms and Conditions

Non-payment of subscription fees

Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity

Extended periods of inactivity

Any other reason at the Company's sole discretion

Upon termination:

User's right to access the Service ceases immediately

The Company may delete user data without any obligation to provide backups

No refunds will be provided for any unused subscription period

Users may terminate their account at any time through account settings or by contacting support.

Provisions that by nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

User data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure servers, and regular backups for all accounts.

Users acknowledge that no data transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

The Company is not responsible for data breaches resulting from user negligence or third-party actions.

Users retain ownership of their data but grant the Company a license to use, store, and process it to provide the Service.

Upon account deletion, data may be retained for legal or operational purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Republic of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

Users agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting OSM support before pursuing legal action.

If informal resolution fails, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the seat and venue of arbitration shall be Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

Users waive the right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.

The prevailing party in any legal proceeding shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Service.

Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

Waiver: No waiver of any term shall be deemed a continuing waiver or waiver of any other term.

Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them without restriction.

Force Majeure: The Company shall not be liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

No Agency: Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, agency, or employment relationship.

Third-Party Rights: These Terms do not confer rights on any third parties.

Export Compliance: Users must comply with all applicable export and import laws.
